On arrival, the apartments are available from around 4 p.m.!
If you arrive later, please contact us!
On the day of departure, we ask our guests to vacate the apartments by 9:30 a.m.
DEPOSIT
Your reservation is valid after a deposit of 30% of the invoice amount.
PAY
Final payment including local tax and final cleaning on site in cash.
We clarify short-term bookings in personal consultation.
LOCAL TAX
from 15 years € 1.50 per day and person
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation fees according to Austrian hotel contract conditions:
- up to 3 months before the day of arrival free of charge
- from 3 months before the day of arrival 30% of the total arrangement price
- from 1 month before the day of arrival 70% of the total arrangement price
- in the last week before the day of arrival 90% of the total arrangement price
- In the event of late arrival or early departure, 100% of the reservation amount.
- A cancellation must be made in writing!
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance with Europäische Reiseversicherung
PETS
We ask for your understanding that we do not allow pets
NON-SMOKING HOUSE
It is not allowed to smoke in our apartment. Use the spacious terrace to enjoy a cigarette.
